As you may know, I’ve been designing for a little while now. Well, maybe a little more than a little while now! Each home reflective of the families who live there. Big and small, empty nesters with grown children and new families moving from the city. I love every minute of it, because no two are alike. It’s what keeps my life interesting. Very interesting! While I never tire of designing luxurious master suites or cozy family rooms, I have to say, some of the most precious design memories I have are the children’s rooms I am blessed to create.
We must never forget how formative these spaces are and will be for our children. Whether it’s a comfy reading nook to foster a love for books, or a playful escape from the world that engages their creative side, I always try to work as closely with our young “clients” as I would with their grown counterparts.
